WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To return your products they must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund or store credit. After 30 days, items will no longer be accepted for returns. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your items to us, unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please take care when repackaging items to avoid damaging them in transit.
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world. Online orders can be shipped to anywhere in Canada and the US. Please contact us at email@example.com for shipping international orders.
MY PIECE HAS A IRREGULARITY?
I use salvage wood for the creation of my piece and sometimes encourage exothermic reactions in the epoxy. I do my best too stabilize the wood and remove all the bubbles, but they are part of each piece. If you are very concerned, please contact me at I will do my best to refinish your piece.
